The journey between Craignure and Tobermory has never been so good now that West Coast Tours has introduced its new Tobermory Topper double-deckers.
Both the open-top and closed-top deckers offer great views and the open-top even has recorded English commentary telling visitors all about the route, the island and its history.
Once you arrive in Tobermory there are loads to do. For kids who have grown up with Balamory, the hugely successful children’s programme, they can look for Suzie Sweet’s house and PC Plum’s police station as well as wander the same streets as their favourite characters. And for those that like a wee dram there’s the award winning Tobermory Distillery where you can take a tour or simply treat yourself to a wee gift.
