Visit Scotland’s Islands With West Coast Tours

For travel enthusiasts passionate about Scotland’s West Coast or those looking for a peaceful getaway, our new video sheds a little light into what Scotland’s famed West Coast has to offer, and how our service at West Coast Tours can help make your experience even better!

In the video you’ll get some personal insight from team members Donald, Sheila and Pal – who help to explain how our tours operate, what to expect on one of our West Coast Tours and what to look out for during your visit.

Initially, Donald offers a little perspective into what the ‘Three Isles Tour’ has to offer and visitors’ likely itinerary for the day. Donald then details the different places and sights tourists might see, such as The Isle of Mull, the Island of Kerrera and Lismore Lighthouse amongst others.

Sheila, one of our coach drivers, shares some of her experience of the incredible wildlife and spectacular scenery that our visitors should keep an eye out for during their visit.

Pal, managing director of our operating partner Staffa Tours, then explains the latter stages of the Three Isles Tour, where we visit the isles of Staffa and Iona. Pal provides a brief introduction into the history of Fingal’s Cave, the tour’s focal point, as well as providing information about the unique wildlife on and around Staffa.

Pal, who was born and bred on the Isle of Iona, then talks of the thirty-minute trip from Staffa to the island of Iona, where visitors will have two hours to explore and visit the shops, restaurants and of course, the unmissable Iona Abbey.
